      i dont have much memory of my childhood and ive heard some people tell me it might be because of trauma

        You imply you're not a child any more, so if you're an adult you don't have to stay in this toxic environment, find a place of your own.

          yes, but my siblings, who are both small children, are going to have to live with my father and i cant leave them alone with him.
