Is it normal to fear that i might be losing it?

I think I might be a little crazy and that my mind is degenerating further is this normal? I know I'm not crazy but I feel like I'm mentally falling part.

      What I mean is that sometimes I hear things that aren't there sometimes I have random blackouts from what various people tell me I randomly scream in my sleep I see flashes of red plus I have very messed up nightmares that I think are effecting me when I'm awake. It gets worse but that's the mild bit.
