Every assumption anyone ever made about it is wrong, so it’s fine.

Of course your view of reality is wrong... All of our views of reality are wrong at least a bit as we all see the world around us through several filters.

The 1st filter is the limit in our perceptive capabilities. We only see a small section of the electromagnetic spectrum (what we call "light"). We can only hear and feel a fraction of the real sounds and surface textures. Etc. We can actually perceive far less than 0.1% of reality. How right can we even be with such limited abilities?

The 2nd filter is our own mental images on how things should be. Mark Twain has been incorrectly attributed to the following quote (the true author is unknown); which is so very true: "It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so."

Relax; and sit back knowing that we actually know so very little... and as long as you try to do good in the world that you will likely do very well overall.

Do what Costanza did. Do the opposite of everything you think. How could you go wrong?

Cogito, ergo sum. Everything else could just be bullshit.

That’s why I choose to believe that I’m always right and nothing is ever my fault
