You have to decide what you want first. Then make a list of REALISTIC goals on how to reach that point, then WORK!! to accomplish them. "Full Potential" is very vague. Anyone can work hard enough to be the best guitarist in the world, but if you would rather be a skipping rocks champion at the lake, then why would you want to pick up a guitar, make sense? Don't over think it though!
