Totally normal! Once you're ready and you find the right person you won't feel as scared. I was terrified before I lost my virginity but when it happened I wasn't scared, it was very tender and loving and although it hurt it was no where near as bad as I thought it would be. Just make sure you don't go straight in to full sex, start with lots of kissing and foreplay. Sex is a wonderful thing, especially when you're in love. Good luck!
