Have you thought about having a woman use a strap on with you? Maybe this would fulfill your desire? I have a lot of guy friends who have said (in private) that they have thoughts like that or have tried that. I am a woman so I can't say for sure how all men think but I do see your side of wanting to be private about it. New things are scary, sexual desires are hard to resist.
