You are NOT in deep love with your niece, you are LUSTING after her. Fantasizing is normal, however there is a HUGE difference between fantasy and the reality of what you think you want. Because you are fantasying about this, you "real world behavior" is probably creeping her out. Stop it! You do not live in a vacuum. Your behavior does effect others.
Ask yourself this "what would the "reality" really look like?" In this case you would most likely just ruin her life and, if she's underage, you'll be lucky if her mother does not kill you.
Find someone else to fantasize about who is not related to you.....and is age appropriate.
