You are being awfully hard on yourself. =\
Just be patient, it's just not the right time. Who knows, the universe could be saving you from a disaster. Say you passed, got your license and had a horrible accident had suffered brain damage? Perhaps the universe is just waiting for the right time for you to pass and it's safe for you!
