He's not doing anything wrong , I think you should stop crying (Y) :) Stop being so paranoid, learn how to communicate with him, tell him you want some improvements , and try to see his point of view , remember that you're not the only person in the room with emotions and feelings. You're just not as caring as some people. It's all about changing your mindset to a better one :)
