Well, right now it couldn't be love, but maybe infatuation. You don't even know this girls first name yet, or do you? It will help for me to know how well you actually do know this girl... like how do you know she's 18? Have you both already spoken? Have you sat next to her on the bus? Have you already introduced yourself? How far have you actually come/gotten?
If you really would like to pursue this girl, you need to start out with little conversation, 'small talk' each day. Maybe nonchalantly bring up the weather. After making small conversations with her, introduce yourself... "By the way my name is...---,(& hand shake)". She'll probably then mention hers. After a little of this each day, slowly move into what you really want to ask her. "So, are you seeing anyone by any chance?"... or "Would it be too much for me to ask, if you'd want to grab a coffee sometime?"... etc... I don't know... something like that.
With the very little information I know about your situation, its a little hard for me to tell you what you should do. You just have to get passed your nerves and go for it. After you get passed that, things could get easier, and you can move from there.
If things don't work out as planned. Remember that its not the end of the world. And that it just wasn't meant to be. Don't put too much hope in someone that you barely know. Not to say that you don't have a shot, but putting that much hope in a stranger can be dangerous. So, whether the outcome is positive or negative, be ready for anything. I wish you the best of luck! :)
The girl lives couple of houses next to mine. She just finished grade 12 exams. So I am assuming she is 18.
She would look into my eyes whenever we come across.
But whenever I try to get close to her she would turn indifferent to it. She tries to ignore it. So I am really worried whats on her mind. I am surely looking for a long term commitment.
Something inside me is also holding me back from talking to her openly, I don't know, may be it is the age difference.
Remember I live in India where society reacts foolishly to ones action and people are not mature enough to accept a relation with age difference of 14 years.
Is It Normal to fall in love on just locking eyes a few times
