  • don't worry about your weight, worry about how you feel. are you comfortable with your body? do you like the way you look? muscle weighs more than fat, and if you are gaining muscle mass that's a good thing. you should try HIIT, high intensity interval training, if you're worried about looking too muscular. it makes your body lean and you don't gain a whole bunch of muscle.
