Is it normal to exclusively have a crush on all white guys?

Hi,

I'm an 18 year old female living away from home. I am African and Black and I find myself lusting after every guy who is white or even fair(not albino, mind you).

Anytime time I see a white guy my heartbeat just goes faster than usual and with my social setting I don't think there is anyway I'm ever gonna find a white guy to just hang out with and get this feeling off me. I don't know what to do.

Its killing me, because they are so handsome, OMG!. Sorry, back to business, sometimes I act like I'm in a movie and maybe while shopping at the mall I'll meet this white dude who's gonna fall in love with me and we'll live happily ever after. Or maybe he's gonna see me at a bar and join me and from there we'll have a happy ever after. I keep thinking my life is going to be fairytale.

I need help: either get a white boyfriend or have a white friend who's gonna help me get over this feeling. what do you guys think?

    Hey chick your strait, tha body wants what the body wants... The only thing id say is dont alawys hold urself to one type you could be missing out on something great if your only looking for one thing... But u will be good, go get you some white boy...

      I try not to but after a few times of talking with the non black guy I start to take the relationship as a school girl/school boy friendship. He might look cute at first but then he starts to look "normal". its just weird

    Normal, you can't control who you like. There are many white men out there who would date you. I'm a white girl and I'd date a guy of any race if I liked him. There's nothing wrong with interracial relationships. Good luck to you.

    Thats just a little much .... not ALL white boys are hot, just like not all spanish and black boys are hot so for you to be lusting after EVERY white boy kind of makes me wonder.

        Only the Arab looking ones with black long hair and olive skin. Used to have a crush on one such. And those wearing wigs look awful LOL.

    Me too! There are some black guys I think are okay looking but I couldn't imagine myself going out with them... White guys have some sort of appeal to them. I just wish mine had more girth lol

    You do you I'm white mixed with 15 different things and there's nothing wrong with liking or being attracted to one type I'm only attracted to African American women it's just in my blood!!!!

    I think if you only recently moved to a predominantly white country, it could mainly be the novelty of white guys that's so exciting to you. I've heard that people usually find it harder to distinguish between people of ethnicities they're not familiar with. So it's harder to evaluate the attractiveness of what's unfamiliar to us. After a while you'll probably develop a more critical eye like the rest of us, lol.

    Its normal because you are so used to being around black men so white men are new and unique which makes you attracted to them.

    Be proud of being black and find a nice black guy. Maybe a lighter skinned American black (they are, on average 20-25% white), but don't go after a white guy. You would be ruining your heritage.

      I think she is Proud of who she is. But I don't see how its gonna ruin her "heritage" because she is attracted to a different race. Are you trying to do the racist thing here?
