You're absolutley right. As soon as you accept those thoughts and excuse them, you ride down a slippery slope that often ends in causing harm in one way or another. Everyone has thoughts but as soon as you start to excuse or normalise them, it begins a problem. There's always that fork in the road that you can choose to take or go back.
Just what I was going to say, continuing to go on your porch and watch her when you find it arousing is the first step to going down an in humane disgusting path. You can't help your thoughts but you are here now because deep down you know they are wrong and it's wrong to watch her like that. She may look "mature" but mentally she is a child. I would say go to a doctor who can help but out of embarrassment, I can't see you doing that. I would just find a new drinking spot, look in the mirror and decide who you want to be, if you have to justify your thoughts/ actions.. chances are , they are wrong
