    I think this is quite normal...especially for young guys with sexual curiosities...The first time that I can remember seeing a girl's panties was when I was a freshman in high school (I'm 54 now)...and she was cute...I saw the tops of hers when she was bending over...I don't necessarily think that girls who intentionally flash guys their panties as normal (and these days...it can even be dangerous as far as the fact they may not know the mind of the guy involved)...

    That's completely normal and you're supposed to enjoy it. Also keep in mind the flashing might not always be unintentionally. I'm about that age myself and I'm flashing guys myself every now and then, just to turn them on.

    Yep when i was in school i loved how you could see the black bra's through the white shirts and the panty lines through their trousers.

      If you are replying to my email...obviously, I'm talking about quite a few years ago when I was referring to my high school years...I believe she was 14 at the time (as a freshman...I may have been 15...it would depend on the time of year...I got into school late, and if were the start of the following year...I would have turned 15 that year...and, as I stated before...she was nice looking)...and the writer of the question never mentioned how old he was...
