Is it normal to enjoy dominance without being submissive?

Okay, this may sound weird, I'm sure.

I am really turned on by men who are bad boys, powerful, controlling etc... but I'm not turned on if they try to control me anywhere outside the bedroom!

Also, I'm NOT submissive, because I enjoy being dominant in the bedroom with them, rather than them being dominant and me being submissive. i like power games and the like.

As I've only ever read about submissive people enjoying dominant partners and vice versa, I was wondering is this normal?

    It is for me. Hey different strokes...different folks. Just as long as ur careful and use a safe word so nothing gets out of hand.

    That's how I am kinda.... I don't really like being dominant but I'm deffinatly not submisive... I like fighting back but not winning haha
