It may be unhealthy, in a certain way (also depends how much the person is hurted), but it is healthy in other ways ^^ Like mental ways.
I don't think masochism is a common thing... maybe like... one in 50 people is a masochist, I don't know. But I don't think there's something wrong in enjoying being hurt.

should be 'How much the person is being hurt' not trying to be rude just thought you should know how to say that for future reference
