It all depends on what kind of hurt you're talking about.
There's nothing wrong with a little bit of sexual pain for example. Sometimes "embracing the lash" can be fun, especially if you have a partner you can trust, and you set up a "safe word".
If someone thinks that's wrong or sick... then I say to them they are never allowed to itch a scratch again. That's how itching works you know... the pain releases endorphins that cause pleasure.
Some people just like a little more than others.
It isn't healthy maybe...
(to unique-nobody: why puppies? why not the chiken you eat? XP)
It may be unhealthy, in a certain way (also depends how much the person is hurted), but it is healthy in other ways ^^ Like mental ways.
I don't think masochism is a common thing... maybe like... one in 50 people is a masochist, I don't know. But I don't think there's something wrong in enjoying being hurt.
How normal it is depends on how much you enjoy it, and what kind of hurt we're talking about. Pain causes endorphins, and a lot of people get a little high from getting shots. Actual hurting yourself on purpose isn't really normal, at least past a certain age (I have done it as an adult, however), and enjoying abuse is a sign of emotional instability or past trauma.
You are Kinky my fine fellow .
This is perfectly normol its perfectly normol
^^ its called sedo masochistic and mosochistic .
one loving pain and the other enjoying the misery of others cuasing others misery or pain or simply watching act of others getting hurt . Its normol and it doesnt nescarlly have to be sexuel . its just pleasure in pain
mmmmmm, endorphines are wonderful, espicaly when u can get them in a safe, controlled environment
I do. I'm not affraid to say it! But I sort of wish I didn't. It just happens. =/
i enjoy hurting other people, like giving someone a punch in the face or a hard poke in the arm. yeah i have problems XD
I don't particularly "enjoy" being hurt but sometimes it makes you feel alive when you really feel any emotion intensely. Whether it's happiness or sadness
It's normal to a point. Cutting's normal if you're a teenager. I'm all for domination, but besides that, it really depends on what you do.
why would you hurt yourself? angry, upset, sad, depressed, confused? me too. but never hurt yourself. everyone is important
doesnt matter if its normal, the jackass crew got rich off of it so go for it. just be sure to film yourself and sell it so you can make more money for nipple clamps and candle wax.
I have the same prob. I dont know why but it makes me feel energetic and feel I've proved what I can take my m8s don't know I'm a masochist but I'm sure I'm one Coz not many people have got a scar from playing the knife game with a real knife.
It's a normal prob but try to control it Plz don't do any self harm!
Yes, That_Guy_From_The_Party is right when he says it's masochism. But it certainly isn't a healthy normal, even though it is more accepted now than it used to be.
If we all accepted killing puppies as part of everyday life, it still wouldn't be normal, and by normal I mean healthy.
Hey Everyone who likes to perform bodily injuries to yourself on purpose I would suggest that you try seeing a "Head Shrinker" you desperately need one. BETTER YET WHY DON'T YOU TRY TALKING TO THE LORD ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS, HE WILL BEYOND A SHADOW OF DOUBT GIVE YOU PERMANENT HELP AND SALVATION. BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU TRULY NEED, GOD IN YOUR LIVES.
Just because people like to cut them self shouldn't mean you need to tell them it's wrong. Some do it cuz there in pain, others like the sight of blood. So don't judge them, yes it's bad for there health but you don't need to say " you need god in your life." I know a Christian that cuts so stop being a ****** and worry about your self, and not how other are different
its is normal i enjoy cutting myself n i dont just do it when im upset i just love doing it
Pain is an indication that something bad/injurious is happening to your body and that you should stop whatever is causing that pain. So, no, it's not.
