It's normal to go to the hospital if you are severely dehydrated because it can kill you.
It's not normal that you don't drink enough water. It doesn't matter that you don't like it. Tough it up and drink it anyways. Personally I hate tap water nor do I trust it, but I drink lots of bottled water. If this is why you don't like water you can buy it at the store for $1 a gallon.
