I do this and personally I think its very normal. i dont know if there are any bad side effects there might be idk but one time i saw something somewhere that said its a psychological thing that is like cleaning, as animals we like to be clean and so it would make sense to get rid of discharge and things like that. kind of like how moneys sometimes clean eachother and eat those specks you know?
