Lol, no I'm not knocking it. In fact, I used to enjoy ramen noodles quite a bit. But what I was saying is that they are very unhealthy for you. I think it is mostly the sauce packets though. Have you ever read the ingredients list on a ramen noodle package? I don't eat them anymore...

yes, i have. not good i know thats why i eat the noodles so i can have them with out the sfuff it comes with
