  • Is your body showing signs of unhealthiness? Are you overweight or do you have difficulty doing physical activities? If not, you're probably doing okay nutrition-wise.

    If so, you can try some very easy things at home. Try eating breakfast a home--it requires very little actual cooking:
    --put a bagel in the toaster and put on light cream cheese
    --toast with peanut butter
    --banana, apple
    --bowlful of yogurt

    If you're eating breakfast out because you're also short on time, remember that these things can be eaten on the go: banana, granola bar.
