  • Eat on a more frequent basis during the day; mix it up with raw fruit/veg, boiled eggs for protein or protein bars etc every 2-3 hrs. It's healthier for you and gives your body energy stores to burn so that you dont come home and binge. Believe me, do this for a week and your body will stop storing all that excess sugar you are consuming and you will start to work it off again. Give yourself the week though to get used to eating on a more frequent basis.
