Normal, the only thing that seems abnormal here is the little to no carbs diet. Imo, it's dumb unless you have some kind of sickness, and were recommended that diet by a doctor.
Healthy humans have been eating bread, potatoes, and whole grains for thousands of years, with the exception of processed white bread.
Not related, but I'm going vegetarian, and I have a similar problem with vegans/vegetarians who act like being veggie is innately or automatically healthier.
Lean meat, fish, and chicken breast are all natural, and studies have proved their benefits to the human body. You'll get nowhere using fallacies and dishonesty.
