  • It's best to stay off the very low carb diets like the keto and Atkins diet. You have to have some carbs for healthy blood glucose levels and for fiber. To feel and to be healthy, you need to moderate, eat a good amount of protein and eat the right amount of carbs you need. Just don't eat too many carbs, and make it the right carbs. Any carbs won't do. Gotta make all your carbs high vitamin and high fiber. Each day, eat three different good helpings of protein, at least 25g - 30g protein each, 75g - 90g of protein a day. It can be beef, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, or beans. Then fill the rest of the day with vitamin rich fruit, veg, and whole grains, eat at least 20g - 25g of fiber a day. Avoid transfats, high sugar, and processed foods.
