Is it normal to eat a whole box of donuts after a workout?
Okay so I have been having some major issues outside the gym. First off it was hard enough to get my butt in the gym in the first place, (Lol) but now I have committed myself to going to the gym everyday except Sunday. Lately I have been noticing that the more that I work out I just want to grub out. The harder I work out the more I want to eat everything in my sight. What is going on with me...Am I just not mentally tough enough, or is this normal?
