I drink my own piss all thr time. One day I drank every drop of piss I produced from waking up until going to bed. I thought it was good.

Is It Normal?

    I once found an old book at a rubbish tip which was all about the health benefits of drinking one's own urine daily.

    I didn't adopt the practice and I don't intend to, but apparently there are lots of people who swear by it and medically it's harmless

        If you don't care to read all that, basically it's safe to drink short term. Maybe even healthy. But it's very dangerous long term, and apparently OP drinks it all the time.

      Glad you know so much about it. People have been drinking their piss for centuries. In asia they believe it cures things. Some of the oldest people in the world drink their piss. In ancient Rome they drank it & they used it to dry clean their clothing.
