May be normal but it isn't healthy at all. Even though what you're drinking has a water base, they're all loaded with excess that is all flavor and empty calories. Water is the best form of hydration for the body because of it's simplicity. If you don't like the lack of flavor then you could add the flavoing that's sold in packets.
