Is it normal to drink water and feel really cold?

well...it is december.

Your body has a funny way to cope with sudden temperature shifts. Does anybody here knows why we shiver?what happens inside of us?no? Well i won't say it. I am tired of being your nutty professor. Figure it out by yourselves.

Your body needs to work really hard to change the temperature of anything we put into it. Maybe don't drink really cold water and talk to your doctor because this could have something to do with a medical condition.

This happens to me too. I love drinking water after a workout.

I drank water. I feel quite warm. Wanna know why?i warmed it up. Water. Body temperature. Beam me down.
