Is it normal to drink the alternative to coffee?

I like to wake up with a juice, or a lemon ginger herbal tea, but not coffee, I feel I don't need coffee or caffeine to get me going, is that normal?

I can really wake up with a juice, what are those coffee cartels doing in my kitchen? Stimulants other than herbal tea (if there's tea leaves in it) are not necessary to keep you awake. Instead of a coffee, I'd drink in the morning a hot cup of rosehip infusion.

Drinking something else other than coffee, here are some suggestions: lemon ginger, rosehip with hibiscus, peppermint, and V8 hot and spicy juice. :)

Great alternative, but be careful with the lemon juice, if you add it to your tea- does a number on your enamel- & the sugar (nothing wrong with fruit juice if you stay away from excessive sugar & other sugary drinks).

Will do, I'll be careful with the lemon juice.

It looks like people of your type need a coffee instead of say, a juice to keep them up at night. My shopping was drinks only but I'll focus on getting herbal green tea in the future.

Somehow coffee doesn't keep me up at night, I drink it at 9 at night and still fall asleep whenever I want. It keeps me awake but not too awake. But props to you!

What you need is a green tea & mint infusion, drink the three of them and you'll certainly keep up at night.
