Is it normal to drink protien shakes ALL THE TIME?

  • you should only drink them when your body needs protein, ie after your work out, if you just drink them all the time your body will store the protein as fat so only drink them after work outs so the muscles will repair quicker, also you shouldnt use them to replace protein foods, more to suplement them and make them more effective, hense the term, supplement (used to describe protein shakes, pills, bars or hmb)
