Holstein cow milk, from the grocery store is not healthy.
Cats are lactose intolerant even though they like it. If you care about your cat give it dairy with no lactose, or no dairy at all.
The healthiest kind of milk is almond milk. Only use whole, raw, organic almonds.
It's not normal. But it's not... bad or anything. If you want this kind of milk buy organic milk. (free of hormones, pesticides, genetically modified organisms, etc.)
I'm not sure if skim, 1%, 2% or whole milk is best.
