Is it normal to drink.

I drink Coca Cola and sprite (7up) everyday at least 2-3x a day. Is this normal? will it affect my livers kidney or whatever the fuck? I'm 17, 6 foot, 90kg I go gym regularly and am trying to loose weight (used to be 120kg - now 90kg) but drink sodas a lot

It might give you diabetes and it will fuck your teeth up. A soda has like 200 calories so you're getting 400-600 extra calories just from that! That's crazy.

Why don't you drink water? These have too much sugar, they are not healthy at all, and seriously, once you stop drinking it, you will also stop craving it.
And , if you want to lose weight, that's the best thing you can do.

    DO NOT BUY THEM AGAIN.
    EVER.
Also, write down whenever you feel like buying it, write down how much you'd have spent, and so by the end of the month you'll see how much you saved and it will give you the strength to keep on

Try to phase the soda out slowly. Cut it to once a day, then once every other day, etc. I try to drink less than 2 sugary drinks per week, including juice. All the added sugar is really terrible for us, but obviously it's fine to treat yourself once in a while! I don't believe in deprivation or elimination diets. In addition, diet soda is not good either... the fake sugars trick your body, and your body treats it like real sugar in the sense that your body will crave sugar/fake sugar. Of course, if you are a diabetic, then the fake sugar is probably better, but you're a young guy, and it's better to just have the real sugar, just do it in moderation!
