Its totally normal. Well its kinda hard to explain, but having that dream kinda means like your about to die, because if you dont wake up or move so you wont fall frm your dream, and you keep falling, it actually means your really dead. Thats why you move or jerk yourself to wake up. Yea kinda complicated. (:
