Is it normal to dream other people's dreams?

My boyfriend and I both have exams going on, and he woke up 3 nights ago after a bad dream that involved him missing his exam.
I had the same dream yesterday.
Normal or not? :)

    I've had shared dreams quite a few times where I have the same dream as someone else on the same night.
