Is it normal to dream my roommate is choking

I always dream about my roommate choking on his vomit so I wake up and move him on his side and hold him in place. He gets pissed cause I always wake him up and he has to tell me to quit holding him down lol

I think the whole situation is funny and I dunno if I'm sleep walking or what cause I never remember any of it.

    The dream is normal since most people can't control their dreams. However, the fact that your body acts it out is not. You should work on that before he gets fed up.
