I made this account in hopes to find some answers as to why i’ve been dreaming about my ex girlfriend lately. Its been happening randomly this past month and i don't know why. Any ideas? Thanks a lot

    You can't really change it too much when it comes to dreams. If you don't want to dream about her, try to think about something else intensively before you go to sleep. And if you have feelings for her and both of you are single, maybe message her, if you think it's a good idea. But in general, it's never good to try things, which didn't go well before.

    I enjoy the thought of my ex's dreaming about me. It's normal, depending on how it ended. I can have dreams any where from hoping they get hit by a truck to wanting wild extra curricular activities with them.

    Do you still have feelings for her? I know I occasionally wake up thinking of my ex and even have him in my dreams but I still have feelings for him. Idk if that helps but yea

      We were on and off all of 2019 and i’ve been in 2 brief relationships since, but i guess i still have a little bit of feelings for her. I don’t know, maybe its just that i’m looking for closure to the way things ended
