During my sleep, many times, I dream about having sex with my sister or step-mom or both. Sister is in my blood relation. Sometime I wet my self too. I am ashamed of it. But I want to know whether its NORMAL or NOT?

Don't be ashamed... it's just dreams. You're going to have to put effort into it for it to become reality. I masturbate to thoughts of my dad sometimes... but chances are very slim that it would actually happen.
