Is it normal to dream about dogs

I keep having reoccuring dreams.. Different places, but always a dog or dogs in my dream.. Sometimes they are my dogs, sometimes the dogs will be little and attack me, or the dog will talk to me and be my friend.. Very weird, but interested in knowing..
