Is it normal to do nothing when you're depressed?

  • Keep your head up. Your not wasting your day. Your figuring yourself out, your doing things at your own pace. Go on a walk, meditate, do all the research you can about how you feel, use that information to benefit yourself. When you catch yourself doing something negative that contributes to the depression, that feeds it so-to-speak, stop, focus on your thoughts and turn them into positive energy. It will really help turn what feels like an unproductive day, into a nice day that you did for yourself.
