Depends what you mean by "too nice." For example, you want to work on something alone, but a person keeps bugging you about wanting to help you. That's a justified reason for disliking someone for being too nice.

Being too nice can make you a target for being used and taking advantage of. You can be nice, that's good, but you gotta be tough and show people you know how to stand up and take control also. Actually, that's a good combination. It's when you're nice and also wishy washy and spineless, that's what people don't like. Also, no matter how nice you are, do not act desperate for other people to like you, and keep your confidence high. And don't lose your balls. I've known some very nice people but they were weak in those other areas, and they did not always get respect from others. You gotta improve the whole picture.

Sometimes people who are too nice are just phonies who want to use and manipulate others. Pay attention to how you feel, listen to your gut.
