I actually feel kind of the same way. A lot of people I know are having babies and no matter how fun or cool or witty they were before, once they have a kid they change completely and become incredibly boring and domestic and just constantly post pictures of their kids and their lame baby blogs. I mean I know your life is SUPPOSED to drastically change when you have a kid. It just annoys me how so many people completely lose the identity they had before their life became completely and entirely about obsessing over this baby. Part of me feels like I want a kid someday but I think I mostly feel that way because that's what people expect me to do. Or maybe I just don't want to suffer through having a period my whole life for no reason. Most of me just feels like I like my life the way it is now and frankly I don't think I'll ever feel ready to give that up. Think about how young we are when we have kids. How much fun and freedom we have left ahead of us and we cut it so short and give all that up so early and devote ourselves entirely to starting the process all over again with this new helpless little human who will resent you and resist you the whole way, lol. I mean thank god for people who are good parents, obviously, but I'm just not sure it's for me. Normal!
is it normal to dislike pregnant women and new born babies?

I feel the same way when people get dogs to be honest.
