    I agree with you. I dislike popular people too.
    Normally its empty people with nothing decent to say and quite frivolous. They are popular for what they dress, the parties they make, the car they drive and so on...

    I want my soon to be popular for the good things he does. Be a good student, help people in need and foremost by his intelligence and culture. Normally people like this aren't popular:)
