I've had this a few times. It's a really difficult one, because the dream feels so real. It's like it really happened.
I guess you just have to be strong and let it the weird 'dream feeling' subside.
I've had some dreams where a friend does something wrong by me and I've become suspicious of them. But it doesn't last long. How unfair on them!
