Well, everyone has their likes and dislikes. But to be honest, it sounds to me less like you hate music and more that you hate other people not liking the same music you do. First of all, why should it matter if the people around you listen to the same music you do? What you like is what you like and what they like is what they like. It's fun to listen to music with people but it's also fun to listen to music alone.
Second, how do you know that NOBODY likes the music you do? I bet thousands of people listen to the same exact music; you just haven't met them yet. Maybe you should look for Internet communities about the bands you like, so you feel less alone in your taste.
Seriously, why decide to say you "hate" something that you really enjoy just because people you want to like it too don't? Why cut yourself off from something you like just because other people don't like it? That never made much sense to me. But it's your choice.
Is it normal to dislike music?
