ummm your really missing out then you only have one life and IMO music is one of the most enjoyable forms of art and expression in life. Theres SO much good music out there these days (even though that may seem overwhelmingly untrue; if you are constantly blinded by radio music or MTV shit) there really is TONS of great music out there. You just gotta look for it.
You shouldn't let the fact that people around you dislike the music you like make you completely devoid yourself of music totally. The point of music is to enjoy it yourself, not for those around you to 'agree' or how they react to the music you like.. that's just ridiculous... The kids in my town wouldn't understand most of my fav music but who cares... screw them it's not my problem that they're ignorant or stupid. When I hear people say they don't like any music it really makes me feel bad for them and seriously question whether something is terribly wrong in their life.
