Donkeyspuzz...so let me get this straight...you actually chose to keep yourself in the dark about all of the new information available because you feel you know enough to make a valid opinion? Just for the record...that's the very literal definition of ignorance. Well done.

Gays have been doing their gay thing for millenia. I'm not sure what new information there is this year but I'm pretty certain that gay people will still be unable to reproduce naturally.
The opinion I have formed, you must realise, is based on this inability to reproduce. There would need to be a major advance in the evolution of gays and their natural reproducibility for my opinion to change.
Any such news would be difficult to ignore.
Please don't be so quick to judge me as ignorant when my views are carefully thought out. We could argue for ever, it's just not worth it. I know I'm right - you know you're right. That's the nature of different opinions.
