I think you're allowed to if you live in a neighbouring country, because they probably make fun of you too. Europe is good like that. We pretend to hate each other to disguise the fact that we like each other very much, which also disguises the fact that we really do hate each other.
Apart from the Scandinavians. Everyone loves them.
yeah, except each other ^_^ Finland and Norway just have some rivalry, and they both dislike Sweden- I have an uncle in finland and stayed there for a summer.

Yeah, I have Finnish friends and they do have problems with the Swedes but nothing compares to how much they dislike the Russians (for obvious reasons, historically).
