So my sister is one of those really annoying people that doesn't even realize they're annoying. She constantly sings, and forgets we told her to stop. She's got ADHD and OCD so she's a spastic nutcase but I wanna know is this normal?

    yeah you're normal but remember that she's your sister and always will be so try to put up with her. you can't chose your family
