You're ruining perfectly good grease-saturated potato flakes with clots of soured milk.
Sure, why not? I used to dip potato chips in milk whenever we had no sour cream.
cool ranch doritos and cottage cheese are good. for me cottage cheese has always been a dip. I add stuff like black pepper or spices like spike for a little zest. Now as a kid i thought cottage cheese was gross because kids told me it was spoiled milk but the good stuff has one ingredient milk and it tastes like butter.
If you like doing I don't see why not. Nothing wrong with enjoying a snack the way you like your snacks.
