    since around %35 of the world population is considered to be starving, and like all of them would say yes if you proposed them ice cream dipped fries, then it is actually quite close to being normal.

      Approx. 14% of the world population is considered to be starving, or rather suffering from lack of food (malnutrition). Not 35% :/
